We spend the entire growing season monitoring insect population and disease and weather conditions. This allows us to control pests only when needed. Because of these Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices, we no longer have to spray to control coddling moth, the most widespread apple insect pest.
The cooler is still filled with Honeycrisp.
We expect the supply to last into the new year.

We mix up the best of our apples in peck and half bushel bags for baking and sauces.
The cider is sweet and delicious.
